The Reliever mattresses need no maintenance. Should you wish to wash the cover it can be easily removed and machine washed in accordance with the washing instructions. There are many copies on the market made of foam in very bad quality and poor visco elastic feel. Only buy products made of 85kg density and a guarantee of at least 10 years to avoid cheap copies!
